The workouts are designed around what floats for you. There are a variety of workout styles that we will approach to see what fits you best.


Personalized Intensity

The workouts aren’t particulary hard or easy, we move at a pace that your comfortable with always pushing the limit slightly.

Nutritional Coaching

This is an optional asset that we access if needed. This part may include meal plans as well if needed.

Pushing 10 Years in the the health, fitness, and wellness space, kinosha Spencer is our main personal trainer. He believes in personal growth and specialized training specifically for clients.
